BIOGRAPHY

I have more than 10 years experience in teaching competitive and recreational figure ice-skating. Offering group and private lessons to children, adolescents, and adults, age 4 and up, and from Basic skills to advanced. Also specializing in moves-in-the-field for beginners and jumps, spins, step sequences, spirals, and power skating. Current USFSA member and coach (# 6030267)

FIGURE ICE-SKATING EDUCATION

System of Abilities and Certification of Athletes and Coaches (SICCED), Mexico, 1994-1996
Studied sports psychology, human anatomy (skeletal & muscle tissues), nutrition, injury prevention, and sports safety. Studied ice-skating with different Olympic coaches and choreographers, and attended figure schools in California from 1986 to 1994.
